Private Beta Terms of Access
Access to Enspeako is granted by invitation only. By signing in or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access the service. These terms govern your participation in a confidential, pre-release beta and apply in addition to any separate written agreement you have with Enspeako.
1Invitation-only access
Your invitation is personal to you and non-transferable. Access credentials, magic links, and shared report links are issued to a named individual. You may not share your account, credentials, or invitation with anyone else, or let anyone else use your access. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
2Confidentiality
The platform, its features, interfaces, reports, methodology, pricing, roadmap, and your participation in the beta are Enspeako Confidential Information. You agree to:
- keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and use it only to evaluate and use the service for your own internal purposes;
- not disclose it to any third party without our prior written permission; and
- protect it with at least the care you use for your own confidential information.
These obligations survive the end of your access and continue until the information is made public by Enspeako.
3No screenshots or capture of the private beta
You may not publish, post, or share screenshots, screen recordings, video, or photographs of the platform — including its reports, visualizations, dashboards, or any non-public interface — on social media or anywhere else, without our prior written permission. Internal captures shared only with people inside your organization who are bound by these terms are permitted for your own evaluation.
4No reverse engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, algorithms, weights, or underlying methodology of the platform, or attempt to recreate any part of the service, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5No scraping or automated access
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access, extract, or index any part of the platform or its outputs, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose. You may not circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage-metering, or probe, scan, or stress-test the service or its infrastructure.
6No benchmarking or public evaluation without permission
You may not publish, present, or otherwise make public any benchmark, performance comparison, competitive analysis, accuracy study, or other technical or commercial evaluation of the platform — whether favorable or not — without our prior written permission. This includes academic papers, blog posts, marketing material, and analyst reports.
7No redistribution of outputs as technical evaluation
Reports, scores, visualizations, and other outputs are provided for your own internal use. You may not sell, sublicense, syndicate, or otherwise redistribute outputs to third parties — and in particular you may not present outputs (in whole or in part) as an independent technical evaluation, certification, ranking, or assessment of any person, vendor, or product. Outputs are descriptive analytics, not a verdict or a clinical, diagnostic, hiring, or fitness determination, and must not be represented as such.
8Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of the recordings and transcripts you submit. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to process them, including any consent required to record and analyze participants. We process your content only to provide the service and operate the beta; the platform is descriptive by design and does not make decisions about people on your behalf. See our handling commitments in the product and any data processing terms in your separate agreement.
9Beta disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for evaluation during a pre-release beta. It may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued at any time; features may break and data may be reset. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enspeako disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any decision you make based on the service or its outputs.
10Intellectual property and feedback
Enspeako and its licensors own all rights in the platform, including its software, models, methodology, and design. No rights are granted except the limited, revocable right to use the service under these terms. Any feedback you provide may be used by Enspeako without restriction or obligation to you.
11Termination and changes
We may suspend or end your access, and may update these terms, at any time. On termination, you must stop using the service and, on request, destroy any Confidential Information in your possession. Your confidentiality and restriction obligations survive termination.
