Privacy
This notice explains how Enspeako handles data during its confidential, invitation-only beta. Enspeako is descriptive by design: it maps how a conversation moved through its topics — it does not make clinical, diagnostic, hiring, or fitness determinations about anyone. It applies alongside the private beta terms and any separate data-processing agreement you have with us.
1What we collect
- Account & contact details — the email and role you submit to request access, and the credentials we issue you.
- Your content — the recordings and transcripts you upload or connect for analysis, and the reports we generate from them.
- Usage & technical data — server logs, timestamps, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
- Local preferences — your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
2How we use it
We use your data only to provide and operate the service for you: to transcribe and analyze the conversations you submit, generate and serve your reports, secure and debug the platform, run the beta, and communicate with you about your access. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models or to build profiles of the people in your recordings.
3How your content is processed and protected
- Encrypted storage. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted and kept within the secured environment that runs the analysis; they are not moved out of it for unrelated purposes.
- Identities kept separate. The analysis operates on conversation structure, with participant identities held apart from the analytical pipeline wherever possible.
- Descriptive-only outputs. Reports describe how the conversation moved — anchored vs. wandering, deep vs. surface, what was left unanswered. They are analytics, not verdicts about people.
- Speech recognition runs server-side within the service environment; transcription is performed to produce your analysis, not shared for other uses.
4Sharing and service providers
We share data only with the limited service providers needed to run the platform (for example, cloud hosting and the form/email provider that handles access requests), under confidentiality obligations and only to provide the service to you. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not otherwise share your content with third parties.
5Your responsibilities and consent
You are the controller of the recordings you submit. You represent that you have collected all rights and consents required to record, upload, and analyze each conversation and its participants under the laws that apply to you. Do not submit content you are not authorized to process.
6Retention and deletion
We keep your content for as long as needed to provide the service and operate the beta. Because this is a pre-release beta, data may be reset or removed as the product changes. You can ask us to delete your content or account at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
7Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8Security
We use encryption, access controls, and operational safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your content and will notify you of a material breach affecting your data as required by law.
9Changes
As the beta evolves, we may update this notice. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and where appropriate we will let you know directly.
